07 / HUM
More human, more intelligent, more future-facing — this is what the next decade of service looks like.

09 / AI+
Bundled by scenario, delivered as a kit — not sold as another loose piece of hardware.
Beyond the hardware
If all you get is the device, you will hit more problems on site than you saw in the showroom. So we write the service into the delivery scope.
01
A judgement first, a price second. We tell you which category actually fits, not which unit costs the most.
02
Enclosure, modules and APIs adapted to your scenario, with our research teams behind the engineering — prototype before production.
03
Zero stock, rent or buy. Start before the budget is approved, prove the value, then scale.
04
Two engineers per account, 1-to-1, 24×7 response, including operator and maintenance training.
Buying questions
Describe the scenario and that is enough: where it goes, how many people pass through each day, and which repetitive task is costing you most. We will come back with two or three category options, budget ranges for each, and the trade-offs between them.
We filter on what actually determines success: floor surface and aisle width, lighting, interaction requirements (voice, screen, mobility), installation difficulty and lifetime maintenance cost. You get candidate models side by side, not a one-line recommendation.
Yes. Rental is available per day, per month and per event — suited to activations, exhibition periods and early validation. Rental includes deployment, commissioning and operator training.
Yes, and we usually recommend it. A store might run a service robot daily and rent a performance robot for a weekend activation — both covered by the same support agreement.
You do not need a model number. Tell us where it goes, what it must solve and roughly how many people it serves.
