2. How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, provide selection and pricing advice, fulfil contracts and provide after-sales service; to measure site usage so we can improve the content; and to measure the performance of Google Ads campaigns. We do not sell your information to anyone.

5. Who we share with
Only where necessary: our website and form hosting providers (to receive inquiries), Google (measurement and advertising, subject to your consent), and regulators or courts where legally required. Nothing beyond that.
6. How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for the duration of the business relationship and a reasonable period afterwards, for follow-up and compliance. Analytics data follows the retention setting in Google Analytics, at most 26 months.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent for analytics and advertising cookies at any time. We will respond within 15 working days.
8. Children
This website addresses businesses and institutions, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this notice
If this notice changes we will update the effective date on this page and summarise the material changes. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated notice.
